Born in Argentina, raised in the U.S., Ailin spent years in education teaching English and building language programs before moving into operations and instructional design. She knows what it takes to communicate across cultures, train for excellence, and build systems that actually work. Puente was born from a simple frustration: brilliant professionals in Argentina deserve better opportunities, and busy founders in the U.S. deserve better support. She built the bridge.

She owns the entire recruitment process from start to finish: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, vetting for English fluency and professionalism, and matching the right person to your business.
